A7130/ Weapons drill of the Reichsarbeitsdienst.
Representatives of the Army, Luftwaffe and Waffen-SS inspected the weapons drill of the Reichsarbeitsdienst. Oak Leaves holder SS-Gruppenführer Reinefarth, known by the overcoming of the Warsaw uprising, examines the marksmanship of the Reichsarbeitsdienst. On the orders of the Führer, the Reichsarbeitsdienst receives some military training that is organized by the Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS. The education and training of the Hitler Youth and Reichsarbeitsdienst prepares the young frontline soldier for the war.

Thanks, HPL--I believe that is him. Whoever he was, he must have been an excellent athlete--the pic I posted was him at Tschammer und Osten's funeral. He may have been an Olympic medalist.
