I appologize for the quality of the scam. But it is a small photo and much detail(s) fade when you try to blowup the picture.
Yhe photo was taken after the fall of Sebastopol and shows a fe w KC holders. But what is interesting to me is that there is a man on the left wearing a beret??

officer centre right....many times i notice helmets on officers worn with the liners seemingly too tight...atop their head thus, these men appear as strangers to such apparel. unless it was a fashion, among some...?
