NSDAP long service document question

I would like to know what kind of document this is. Is it a field or temp document or what ?It came with the medal.Thanks for any info, Mitch

I've never seen one like this before! It is interesting for a number of reasons--

1) it confirms awards WERE being made in 1942

2) the huge time gap between authorization and this apparent bestowal!

3) that there was an existing printed form indicates this was a "routine" paperwork matter and not something unique

4) unlike the highly ornate huge documents that give absofreakinlutely nothing but the recipient's name, this at least indiactes where the recipient was from

Anybody else? Other tupes? Other dates after 1940?

Nice. First one of these I've seen Probably safe to assume they were identical for silver & gold??
