This is a well known SS recruiting card. Repro examples do exist in circulation.
I have a period used example in my collection. Without the card shown in the OP's posting in hand for closer inspection, it's difficult to confirm the card as being genuine or a modern reprint.
A genuine card will be in the 400+ Euro range. Some will bring upwards of 550 Euros or more. Condition and usage are important to value. Here in the US, someone like MAR will probably push his asking price to near 1500 to 2000usd with little reticence.
