help needed to translate 1929 booklet

Hi guys I had a go at translating this booklet from 1929 but had no joy as i found it hard to make out some of the letters, can someone please let me know what it is?

This booklet has something to do with the Dress code for Reichsheer.

It´s a booklet for army soldiers how to dress "by the book". On duty, off duty, as retired etc.
