Nope, That would be the U-2522, just look at this link http://www.uboataces.com/ref-insignia78.shtml. Compare the outline of the photo with the insignia and presto, you got a match. although I must admit that the U-2524 is a close match but it doesn't has the sharp hook on the head of the fish.
