I would like to share two pics that I believe shows Nikolaus Falkenhorst.
On the first picture he stands together with Dietl and I believe Buschenhagen?
On the second photo Falkenhorst is reviewing a parade.

Your identification of all three on the first photo is spot on. Photo taken in the latter half of 1941.

The second was taken in central Oslo, with a bit of effort we should be able to name the panzer officer as well.

I think you're right, it is Ernst Volckheim. It looks like that decoration on the left could be a WWI panzer badge which would confirm it.
