Himmler Document for opinions

Hey guys

I have a chance to buy this Himmler signed document and was wondering if anyone knows what is says? I was told that it has something to do with Himmler stating he is the new leader of the army and so on.......hence the late period of the war. Any opinions would be appreciated.

It has nothing to do with the army. It's an order placing the inspectorates of the armed elements of the SS under the SS head office

And the signature seens to be a nice original.

Would it be possible to get a better image of the actual signature. I may be wrong, but there might be some indication that it is not hand signed.

I believe you are mistaken. From the available scans, it looks hand signed to me. Also, documents of this nature from his field headquarters would not have printed signatures.

You're probably right. That's what I was thinking, except I can't see the ink detail very well, which gave me pause.
