Need help: Looking to lighten up a picture

I have this copy of a picture of a relative of mine from his RuSHA file out of the NARA and it's really dark. So I'm wondering if someone knows how or knows a professional person who might be able to lighten this picture up for me so you can see his collar tabs and uniform. I don't even know if it's possible giving how dark it is. Any help would be appreciated.

I doubt you will get much from this photo as there's very little information in the image. Your best bet would be to write to the Bundesarchiv-Lichterfelde and ask for a copy of the original in the RuSHA file.

Tried but it's not good. However if your'e after his collar tabs, then it seems fairly clear (To me at least) that he was Totenkopf.
