Help with paperwork documents lot

Good evening , was hoping some of you guys could help me identify some of these german items i have be given ,i am a british collector so no little on german stuff ,many thanks ,Michael.
A buff coloured folded card with stamps stuck in , i have seen these at arms fairs and understand there no great find , and worth little but would love to know what they are please ? ( got 45 of them ) do certain towns ,areas etc have more interest ? thanks Michael.

I Think this is a memorial card ? i have been told when a german member of the armed forces was killed and it was no possible to send the remains home the next of kin would have a service and these would be handed out ?
is this correct ? thanks Michael.
from the bit i can translate he was in a cycle unit RADFAHRER -KOMP ?
