I am quite certain these are not original war-time prints that have been stamped post-war. I would say they are 1959 era photographs of Warsaw, 1939 and that is all.
Market value - well being non-war-time prints, I couldn't give you a real accurate estimate, but I would say they are north worth much at all (monetary wise I mean). They are nonetheless quite interesting to researchers of the topic.
