I am getting a trade offered for this SS Gesundheitsbuch, is it original?
What would it be worth?

Dennis, it looks to be original but these are not very desirable, unless the soldier is known. If this is the only documentation you should not pay much for this item and they are hard to get rid of here in Germany.

PzV is right. These were usually kept with the Wehrstammbuch, at the local Wehrkommando.
