Envelope with LF eagle

Hello! I would appreciate any comments about this LF eagle applied to feldpost envelope. I have never encountered anything like this and hence the question - could this be original and period done? Has anyone seen anything llike this before?

I think I have seen this label before on Feldpost envelopes. I will check my files.

Here is a Feldpost cover which has a Luftwaffe Eagle label affixed to the Front and back. First the front.

Reverse....note the later style eagle! I also have the original letter that was enclosed in this envelope!
