German War Artists - who is this artist?

Hello Gentlemen,
I wasn't sure where to place this inquiry, so I am starting here. I have a beautiful portrait of a Custom's Official, and the signiture of the artist is very familiar. It looks very similar to Willrich's signiture. Does anyone know this artist or where I might be able to find out?
