winter fur cap at the front

Hi guys
I am looking for some picture of the wear of this winter fur cap at the front (I would like to know when this caps were appeared at the front , I thought about the winter 42/43 but I can not find pictures).

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but maybe it might help. Here is a very unusual image of a very famous SS General, Max Wunsche, wearing the winter fur hat, however the fur looks a bit different. By the way, he signed the card.

The cap worn by Wunsche in those photos is a Russian cap.
