Is this photo of the Führer?

I was going through some old traveling photos from prewar germany. And this one caught my eye. Isnt this the Führer holding flowers facing the camera?

My first, quick glance tells me no. The hairline is not correct and there's too much grey hair at the temples for a pre war Führer. The face appears a little too round. Also there appear to be no entourage personalities in the crowd.

This is not Adi.

Thank you for your answers I need to purchase new scanner. I took a photo of the photo with my Canon EOS and then finally I could zoom, looks like an older guy but they sure have resemblance.
