Help anybody know what a Ruckzahlungsschein is?

Hi!
I recently won a job lot in a German auction and this document is something I found in it.
I am not sure what it is although it seems to have something to do with the German Post office during the war.
To be honest my collection is Third Reich postcards so I am going to sell this document in my online shop but I don't know what it is - any ideas?

If you wanted to get back money from your own postal banc account you needed a Rückzahlungsschein.

There was a booklet with 10 Rückzahlungsscheine. With each Rückzahlungsschein you could
get maximun 100 RM (Reichs Mark). If you wanted more money you had to cancel the bankbook.
