What's this arm sign on SS-officer?

What could this be? The wearer is a front-decorated SS-Hstuf.

Hi, I have looked at your photo. The pic is a bit fuzzy, so it it hard to deciede what what the badge is? I would suggest it is either the raute for former members of the Police (a Police eagle) or the Totenkopfverbande ( a deathshead).
Checkout Jack Angolias book on SS cloth insignia and see what you think?
    Cheers, Ade.

I do not think it is the "former member of the Polizei" Raute. I believe that in that case the wings of the police-eagle should have to be visible quite clear.

This looks like a round insignia on the black? Raute.

No, it's not Polizei or Totenkopf, the sign is a rare armpatch that indicated a special service in the vast SS-empire. The best I can do is make an assumption; a small round circle: means either SS-Technical officer (in that case it would be a wheel) or an SS-Administrative officer (sign would be a small star). My guess would go out to the administrative officer, he just doesn't look like a technician. But that's a sheer speculation on my part, unfortunatly it's very hard to see it because it's so small.
