Help please with this 1000000 mark bank note

    Gentlemen,
Is anyone familiar with this era Mark note? Just before the 3rd reich. Any ideas of it's value would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Robert. Here is one I have in my own collection. I paid $3.25 for it about two years ago at a local coin shop auction house. These are not "hot" items.
    Mine is dated "1923".

Hi Robert, these are German inflationary notes printed from 1922 to about 1927 when currency started to stabilize somewhat. During this period that note may have been worth a loaf of bread on one day and not even a slice the next. These come in huge denominations up to billions of Marks and are generally little more than curiosity items of little value today since such large numbers of them were printed.
