it's bad. The sig gives it away more than anything

As Simon stated, the signature is definitely bad.

Along with that, both the authorization stamp (the eagle especially) and the "SS" rank stamp looks like something from the comedy TV show "Hogan's Heros".

Again, somebody is putting an original "SS" key typewriter to use once again.....

Bad Stuff indeed.....
