Can someone help me with this signature?

I think the text below the signature is: "Oblt und Adjutant" Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I cannot make out the name of the sign?

It is very difficult but I would try and say it starts with "St...".
The first letter should be "S"

Yes I do .....It's 4,5 or 6 Staffel of II/KG53 "Legion Condor"
