Signature ID, please

Gents,

Can someone please help me in identifying the signatures in these 2 award docs ? One looks to me like Keitel, but I need a more experienced opinion on these.

I thought Keitel was promoted GFM in 1940? Possibly his brother Bodewin?

Sorry, it must be the signature of Bodewin Keitel, the brother of the GFM.
