    translation help photo album

Picked up several items today at an auction, one item being a photo album of an American sodier that was stationed in N. Africa and Italy. He was assigned to the Railroad by the looks of the pics. I found a paper that says "removed from a small hotel room formally occupied by german officers Dec. 25th 1944." Can anyone translate the other side of this, it's german, and anyone recognize or make out the signatures?
    thank you

It's rules for a vacation room, hotel room kind of place.

#1 says that it's forbidden to move furniture and other items from room to room, or otherwise. If found doing so, it can be seen as plundering.

Not 100% on #2. Something like if the person leaves the room for more than 1 day, they have to notify the office responsible for the quarters.

Hank did a good job translationg the text.

I want to add: there are two signatures, that of a "Leutnant und Kammeroffizier" (right) and the signature of a "Major und Kammeroffizier" (left). The stamp is from the "Standortkammer"
This paper is a typical quatermaster thing.
