Would someone be kind enough to tell me what this is? There are two more pages, not to bore you. A german friend of mine said it was some sort of reference letter?

Briefly, the letter is to somebody who was used as a character reference by a man applying to the luftwaffe. Now he has to provide testimony as to the applicant's traits, character, etc.
