Reichswehr uniforms?

Could you guys tell me if those soldiers are wearing Reichswehr uniforms?

Certainly not Reichswehr troops, but it is an image from the inter-war years.
I would not completely rule out a Freikorps, but am fairly certain that these are members of the Stahlhelmbund.
