Imperial Collector Card Question

I pick up the odd Imperial collector card from companies like Sanke, NPG or Liersch. In the last week or so I have obtained two similar cards showing Imperial naval personalities, much like an NPG but by a different company. The only symbol is a star with an N in the middle, in the bottom left hand corner. Does any one know who this company is?

Here's a shot of one of the cards I have by this company. Any idea who it is? It's not NPG, Sanke etc, but similar. I have three of these now, so I'm hoping someone knows something about them.
