German propaganda leaflets are fairly common. The ones with more color usually are more valuable or are from a specific geographic region or time period (Ex. Monte Cassino, Battle of the Bulge, etc)

The first German propaganda leaflet "Why die for Stalin?" was printed 1944 for Great Britain.
It is very rare. I found a price: 120,-- €.

"Waiting in Vain" was printed in February 1944 to be dropped in Italy for the allied troops.

"Life is short" was dropped 1944 in the Normany area
