Oberstleutnant Snowadzki question

Im looking for background information about Oberstleutnant Snowadzki, he was a LW officer who was the commander of the Erg.Gr.(S) 2 at Posen before being transferred towards Tunesia in 1942 with a large part of his school and being active there in the fighting around Mateur, etc ....
Our officer was wounded during this campaign and went back towards Germany to recover. Is there anyone who can gibve me more information about this officer? I believe I have read something about a officer named Snowadzki who was also active in crete during the struggle over there => Could it be the same one ? We can see him here standing at the Left .
