I think it is a mission impossible but someone can identify the man with KC and the generals.

Kc holder with generals

Nice pic,can tell you the General in the middle with glasses is
Generalstabsarzt Dr Athur Zimmer.The General left is I believe
Generalarzt d.R.Prof Dr med Arthur Laewen.
