Sorry to start a new thread, but I could not get the reply function to work on the proper thread.
This sort of question is supposed to be something I should know but I am stuck on the make and year of the attached photo of 5 kubel vehicles believed to have been taken in France.
The photo quality is a bit poor and the camouflage effect makes it even harder to ID these cars and the two small trucks as well.
At the moment, I am split between the vehicles being 1940 Fords and 1939 Plymouth models. Both had a similar hood mask and the front main lamps were moulded into the front fenders/mudguards. As well, the fenders/mudguards shapes in general are very similar on both cars.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Whichever vehicle these are, they are extremely rare in my opinion.
My thanks to my friend peeved (Markus) in Finland for use of the photo which he purchased on ebay some time ago.
