I found this image of a rather unusual group of personnel and their uniforms. Any comments as to what organization they might be part of would be welcome.

Veterans organization is correct. Allow me to elaborate just a little, though.
Those are members of the NS-RKB (Nationalsozialistischer Reichskriegerbund), with one NSDAP political leader thrown in the mix. (far left in the middle row)
The photo was apparently taken during the transitional period when the earlier DRKB (Deutscher Reichskriegerbund / Kyffhäuserbund) was transformed into the NS-RKB. The men are not yet properly "uniformed" and cap insignia of both organizations can be seen in this photograph.
