My friend asked me to post his German Cross document. He tried to ID the signature from Feldgrau, but found nothing. Could someone recognize the Generalfeldmarschall?

The GFM is Wilhelm Keitel.

Max, for me the signature doesn't look like Keitel's, Keitel was Generalfeldmarschall, but there were others too!
What about Ewald von Kleist? Can it be?

They were all signed by Keitel. If you use the search function here you'll find plenty of examples.
