Award doc opinions needed

Hello Rich,

The document is original, in my opinion. It is a document that promotes Dr. Hugo Müller from the status of Studienassessor (probationary teacher) to that of Studienrat (tenured graduate secondary school teacher). It is a very nice document and especially nice to have with the cover folder. The Adolf Hitler signature is a printed facsimile, which is proper for a document such as this.
