i can read only:

I think that the 2nd word is "Kronenorden" , but unfortunately further than that I can't help you.

What I can read:

Kroatischer Kronenorden
... der Krone Königs
Zvonimir der I. Stufe
Oberstleutnant Marwede
Bad .... 25.IV.45

I think it's "I. Stufe" because that particular order had no 5th class.

More important: the officer is Marwede.

has marwede later a rank as a general or was he only a Oberst?
