    What do you think of this, I do not even think the style is close.

    I agree, the condition is terrible too.
    Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.

      In my opinion,
      That is not Willrich's style at all. In all seriousness, I dont think he could have painted in that style if he wanted to as it is so far from his way. Even if he was doing a quick sketchy painting , or was drunk, you would still see more of the Willrich style.
