On closer inspection the man on the left is wearing an Army uniform with a Kriegsmarine arm patch and the man in the photo on the right and below is in the Luftwaffe. In the photo on the bottom, is he wearing a pilot's badge?

It's not a KM arm patch but an army coxwain's arm patch.
can you read the number on the shoulderstrap? Looks like a 45 or 46, we might be able to name this guy.

It can't be the JG52 Otto Decker and by the bottom photo i seems to be a fliegerschützen abzeichen he's wearing?

Why can't it -definitively- be the Otto Decker of JG52?

            TIA

Because he's either a bordschütze, bordmechaniker or bordfunker. He's also only a feldwebel and is sitting in a multi-engined aircraft as would be befitting one of the above trades.
The JG52 Decker was a pilot who received the ehrenpokal in sept. 42 posthumously as an oberleutnant. He scored 40 victories before his death in Aug.42, a couple of which were gained in 1940 during the battles of France and Britain when a leutnant.
