The 3rd is Wilhelm MARSCHALL (1886-1976), before promoted Generaladmiral 1.2.43. In that job 12 August 1942 to 19 April 1943 which narrows that down to only a few months!

1st one is Theodor BURCHARDI (1892-1983), before promotion to Admiral zS 1.1.45. In that job from 1941 to 1945.

2nd is Hermann VON FISCHEL (1887-1950), after his promyion to that rank 1.9.41 and in that job before that and until 10 May 1943.

THESE I could actually read, instead of having to look up their job titles and trying to match dates. (Naughty, naughty, not posting DATES! )

Burchardi was born 14 May 1892 in Homberg bei Kassel. He died 12 August 1983 in Glücksberg. Navy 1.4.1911-24.2.46

Torpedo boats officer in WW1, then an artillery specialist, he served in the Baltic 6.11.41-18.4.45 (he may have held the same job with different titles as "Naval Commander 'D'" May to November 1941, I don't know). He received German Cross in Gold 31.3.44, Knight's Cross 29.9.44, and Oakleaves 8.4.45

von Fischel was the son of Imperial navy Admiral zS Max Fischel, who received hereditary nobility 15.6.08. Born in Kiel 13 January 1887, Hermann von Fischel died in Soviet POW Camp Budirka outside Moscow on 13 May 1950. Navy 1.4.05-30.11.44. He too was a WW1 torpedo boats officer, was Commander of Naval Forces off Spain 16.12.36-13.3.38. He was intended as commander of the naval "Sea Lion" landings in Britain 1940 that never happened. Commander of Security, West early 1941, then of the Channel Islands 20.2.41-10.5.43. Oddly enough, detached to Luftwaffe 11.5.43 to 14.9.44! German Cross in Gold 25.5.43

Marschall born 30 September 1886 in Augsburg, died 20 March 1976 in Mölln. Navy 1.4.06- 30.6.43 and zV off and on the rest of the war.

One of Germany's leading surviving WW1 submarine commanders, he received the Pour le Merite 4.7.18 as captain of "UB 105." He was Captain of the "Admiral Scheer" 12.11.34-21.9.36, Chief of Naval Operations 1936-37, Commander of Naval Forces off Spain 8.10.37-8.2.38, and Fleet Command, Fleet Chief 21.10.39-7.7.40.

He was removed from this post by the petty vindicitiveness of Grand Admiral Raeder (a master of spite and revenge as well as of strategic stupidity ) because he managed to achieve what German naval success there was during the 1940 Norwegian campaign by correct evaluation of intelligence and his own initiative, rather than slavishly following Raeder's out of touch situational orders. Raeder was unable to force Marschall out-- having snatched some victory from the jaws of defeat, but shunted Marschall off into a series of rapid turn over dead end jobs beneath his rank as retribution. German Cross in Gold 23.3.42
