Unknown knights cross winner officier?

does anybody know this knights cross winner officier?
i can only read Hauptmann ......., Hamburg

Hallo Ralf,
Can you see if the KC was "retouched" (i.e. applied for the photo purpose) ? Is there any chance to have a clue on the devices worn on the shoulder straps (numerals, letters ?).
Besides, a close up scan of the signature might also be helpful.
Otherwise, it would be a very hard task which might be very likely unsuccessful.
No less than 938 () Heer officers were awarded the RK as Hptm./Rittmeister and it can't be excluded that your soldier was awarded the KC as an Oblt. (add 615 () more possibilities) or as Lt. (add 424 ()new ones).

RK 08.02.1943 I./Grenadier Regiment 216 as Oberleutnant ,
KIA 06.06.1943 near Archangelskoje/Russia as Hauptmann .
