Hi , i have just aquired a few paper items & this document is amongst it & i would like to know what it is & what if any value does it have as i might be selling it at some point . Thanks in advance

It appears to be a honorary document to someone that has given 200 marks to the WHW as a donation. There is a blank where the name should go indicating these may have been produced and available in the event someone donated that amount. That was a pretty decent sum in those days.

$10? It's different, but not particularly exciting, IMHO.

EDIT: Unless there's something special about the signatories that makes them notorious, perhaps. (end edit)

I would wager this would not be too difficult to sell on the estand for $20. There are actually quite a few collectors that specialize in WHW stuff. For $10 I would buy it myself.
