ID request on manual

I've saved this picture a long time ago , way before I got interested in winter uniforms, and forgot the source. Now I need to know in what booklet or manual this was published, as I would like to get myself a copy of this, so that I can study and read it for my yet to be published book. I was guessing that this would have appeared in a Reibert or something?
