Guderian for sure - he was known to present the RK to his "panzer-boys" (whenever possible).

Yep, Schnelle Heinz for sure. As for the awardee, looks to be an oberst so that narrows it down to start with.

You got that right , the general is guderian . I don't know about the officer.

I think it might be Oberst Friedrich von Hake, Kdr. of Pz.Rgt.4, awarded 23.11.43

The thing that threw me at first was the lack of DKiG which he got in '41 but in fact it's there but has been retouched in photoshop or the like, you can just make out the points of the star in the scan.

The award date also fits in with Guderian's 2 year stint as inspector of panzer troops.
