Well, I usually get valuations wrong, but it's (as Simon referenced) a letter documenting the award; it's not in very good shape; it doesn't seem to be signed by a DKiG/KC winner; and unless somebody is interested in THAT particular unit, just not overly flashy.
Maybe 25 euro/35 dollars? Just an off the cuff WAG.
