"Senat der Paderborn" makes no sense. This is not correct German.

Paderborn is a great city with today about 144.000 inhabitants.

As a minimum on the stamp should be written " Senat der Stadt Paderborn".
I think that stamp is a fake.

Sorry, but this stamp IS 100% fake. They are readily available on ebay, epier and Mil321 etc.

Correct me if I am wrong, but a quick check on the Internet indicated that that is not the coat-of-arms for Paderborn.
