Adler magazine Mar '43

I was hoping someone had the Mar '43 edition of Adler (flak gun on cover). There are the usual small pictures of RK winners and I need to identify one of them. There is one row of 4 and he is the second one in - janke is at the end.

You're referring to Issue 5, 2 March, 1943.

The man's name is Hauptmann Heintz.
