Compare the autograph to the ones on my photos which I received directly from Rochus: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...t=rochus+misch

I would like to buy this autographed photo of Rochus Misch. Does anyone have one of this type, in this pose, that they would wish to part with?

              Cheers,
              Bob.

                  Rochus Misch Mailing Address

I have written a lovely letter to Mr. Misch letting him know how much we appreciate his willingness to share his life and his story with us. I also expressed to him how much I admire the qualities he embodies such as courage, duty, honor, and respect. If anyone would PM me his address, I can assure you I will send him the one letter only, no request for pictures, and will never drop in on him ( as I live in the US!!) Thanks.

Looks like a post war magic marker signature.

Doesnt look like he used a perminant marker so you need to be careful to not wipe the signature off. The one has already shown signs of starting to come off. You may want to put the photos in a removeable plastic cover, not a sealed in type . I noticed in ww2 period signatures typically..they used the flow type ink pens you filled by hand. (rubber bladders and flip lever).
I had general maunteuffel sign one of his books for me back in the 70s when he went to gettysburg. I think i also have a signed photo of count felix von luckner the sea devil.
