WWII German card game of some kind

Hello forum...

I am posting some oddball stuff I collected over the years today.

This appears to be a card game of some kind? I don't know if it's complete.

It does appear to have the original instructions. I didn't notice a date... but... the soldiers in the photos seem to all be wearing transitional helmets.

They have normally 32 cards (8 x 4 cards, 4 cards in the same category = Quartett)
