New award doc's

Hello all
Recieved these today.
Ek2 Doc and Mothers Cross in Silver Doc. Is there any chance that someone knows the signature on the EK2 doc.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The Mutterkreuz document is signed by Otto Meissner (+ 1880 + 1953). He was Staatssekretär (he started with Reichspräsident Ebert and Hindenburg as Leiter des Büros des Staatspräsidenten) und later with Hitler he was Minister of the "Präsidialkanzlei des Führers und Reichskanzlers".
