Foto Panzerjäger Oberleutnant DKiG awarded

Hello,
On a photo is the lieutenant with award - Deutsches Kreuz. On a next side of a photo there is an inscription - "Hpt.????". Maybe is opportunity to define
person of this lieutenant (lists with awarded this award)?

Looks like it says "Welzberg" or something similar but I cannot find a DKiG winner with that name. I am certain the last four letters are "berg" but hopefully a native German speaker can help decipher the handwriting.

The fact that he was a Panzerjäger Hauptmann in April 1942 really narrows the possibilities.

Sorry I can't provide a conclusive answer.

Is he panzerjäger? The device above his oberleutnants pip looks like the medical symbol.
