I just looked at 2, both "plain" officers. With a stamped signature (Luft) and a hand signed one (Raeder) but with WILD variation in prices. What's the general value for these with the folder if not big personalities (high awards, Generals, etc) ?

Some dealers\sellers put more value on these than others. It's dependent on which rank the promotion is to and if\who any signatures belong to.

Kompanie grade ranks with stamped signatures. Still getting equal to 200-400 Euro. Some dealers want to retire on every sale.
