Stamp is done by the Flemish SS, maybe there is the difference?

You see that stamp on many fake documents.

The "SS" Stamp is a very well known (notorious) post-war reproduction. IF, and I mean IF, the document itself is original (and that is also in question), it has now definitely been ruined by the additiion of the "SS"stamp.
